Back Office Customer Service
We are a third party warehouse, processing shipments of fashion and related products to specialty and Department stores.
We have an immediate opening for a back office “Customer Service.”
We a looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to fill our position.
Full account management for our clients which includes:
- Work closely with client’s sales rep on orders they’ve taken as well as discussing any issues with their stores.
- Style master entry/cut tickets as needed (for factory cuts) or bookings
- New customer/order entry/invoicing/credit memos
- Credit check/factoring
- Inventory allocation and maintenance
- Follow up with orders (in warehouse, already shipped, etc.) resolve/research and discrepancies
- Provide warehouse with specific instructions for any orders that require special attention
- Corresponding with our clients on a daily basis via email/fax (as needed)
- To update them on daily shipping
- To go over any issues concerning their customers or their goods
- Compile reports as necessary (monthly) for either our clients or for back office records.
Experience:
Fashion industry experience – a plus.
Third Party Logistics warehouse (3PL) – a plus
Understanding of vendor compliance-routing/flat/GOH/Ucc-128 label-shipping of UPS/FedEx/DHL/TL/LTL – a plus
Skills/qualifications:
College Education – a must
Computer literate, Microsoft office (Word, Excel) data entry skills – ASW software, AS400, Blue Cherry - a plus. |
